Castor oil itself is very good to promote hair growth, achieved in the hair and scalp, over EVERYOTHER day or every day for 15-20min and great results.

Here are others who are helping, OIL FOR the growth of hair:

Lavender oil - is a popular oil for hair growth. It has been demonstrated that the application of
Lavender oil on a regular basis has a significant effect on hair growth.

Jojoba Oil - This oil can be used on the hair if your hair type is dry. Jajoba help oil to dry hair moisture, if they use regularly. It can be soft even before the hair wash your hair for a hair and tangle free of charge.

Olive oil - Olive oil, when used regularly helps to strengthen hair and improve the quality of the hair. This is because it helps reduce stress and gives elasticity to your hair.

Castor oil - widely used for hair growth. However, this oil is very sticky, so it can be used in combination with other hair oils such as coconut or almond oil for best results.

CocoonUT Oil - Coconut oil is commonly used for dry and damaged hair, providing appropriate lubricant. The various nutrients in the oil from coconuts, such as calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium provide food for beautiful hair.

Rosemary Herbal Oil - This oil is usually used for unintended scaly dandruff on the scalp.

Almond oil - almond oil helps repair and strengthen your hair.

I hope that helped =)
