I need advice on using an exercise bike to lose weight? - exercise bike advice
I bought an exercise bike, want to lose weight.Is can not use the bicycle? I have never seen people use the most? I broke my foot so I can not use tredmill.Does Does anyone have any experience with these people how to travel like a lot is better, and more or less long enough to walk .. etc. ..?

Hello, you've seen what for some time that a diet with a high weight loss, riding an exercise - but 3 times per week, 30 minutes to an hour and runs until 8 seconds, normal range for 12 seconds, then sprint for 8 seconds the normal traffic for 12 seconds, and so on for 30 minutes, it seems, helps you lose weight or take more throughout the day for more than 40 minutes! Tho Be careful if you are not really into it pretty easily - I have not just 5 minutes and fell nearly fainted lol! Good luck!
